Thrifty Thursday #19
June 28, 2012
So, about 4:00 a.m. last night, I remembered I’m a blogger! Bloggers aren’t supposed to fall off the face of the earth for a week with no notice.
This past week has been one of the most adventurous, stretching weeks of my life. Saying “I drove 1283.7 miles by myself with three kids and signed a contract on a home” sounds both more impressive and less interesting than it really was. So… once we get settled back in, you’ll get the real story.
For now, join Jenn (from The Purposeful Mom and me for yet another Thrifty Thursday!
We were so blessed, once again, by the great posts you linked up with us last week. Here are a few of our favorites. We have been learning so much from you all! Picking which posts to feature is a serious challenge.
Lauren at Serving From Home shares how a frugal and fun nature walk with her kids turned into a lesson about God’s amazing creation!
Amanda at The Cadence of a Conquering Housewife shares her recipe for grilled pizza! This recipe looks so delicious and I can’t wait to try it on my outdoor grill!
(Grab code for the button from the sidebar)
And now, Jenn and I would love to have you join us for our weekly Thrifty Thursday Blog Hop!Posts about living frugally, thrifty tips and tricks, money-saving DIY projects and gardening, frugal recipes, and encouraging posts on financial stewardship are all welcome. Link up to either of our blogs–your post will be displayed in both places.
We’d be very grateful if you’d share only thrifty-themed posts. (Read full guidelines here)
